  • 1 pack of Cordon Green Spicy Chorizo
  • 1 pack of Chicharrón-shaped Protein Mix
  • 1 individual baguette bread
  • 4 leaves of Roman lettuce
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 paiteña onion, julienneed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

For honey moustard dressing

  • 1/4 cup agave honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Pepper and salt to taste

To accompany 1 cup nachos


  1. Open the Cordon Green Chicharrón-shaped Protein Mix pack, finely chop and slice the chunks of chicharrón-shaped protein mix into a frying pan or iron for 5 minutes without oil.
  2. Open the Cordon Green Spicy Soy Chorizo pack, remove the plastic gut, cut into circles and sauté them in a frying pan with a splash of oil.
  3. In a frying pan with a splash of oil sauté the onion, cut into juliennes, place the sugar and let it reduce for 3 minutes, until caramelized onions are obtained.

For honey moustard dressing

  1. Place honey, mustard, oregano, lemon, salt and pepper in a blender, process everything until smooth.
  2. Uncover a lid of bread with the dressing.
  3. Place a lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato, place the Cordon Green Spicy Soy Chorizo, the Cordon Green Chicharrón-shaped Protein Mix, the caramelized onions and finally the sweet mustard dressing.
  4. Serve sanduche accompanied by nachos.
