Ingredients:

  • 1 pack chia sausage
  • 2 Medium green Zuquinis
  • 150g Chedar Cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Tempura

  • 200g wheat flour
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For vegan cheese sauce

  • 1/2 vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 8-10 Basil Leaves

Preparation:

For the tempura

Mix the flour, water, salt and pepper in a bowl until a thick liquid mixture is formed.

For vegan cheese sauce

  1. In a blender place the vegan cheese with the milk, mustard, salt and pepper and process until smooth. Finally add the chopped basil.
  2. Open the chia sausage pack, remove the plastic wrap and cut it in half
  3. Cut zuquini into thin pictures
  4. Place on the zuquini sheet the shredded chédar cheese, and the pieces of chia sausage.
  5. Roll up the zuquinis and shape rolls, to hold the roll use two chopsticks, one on each side.
  6. With the help of a tweezer bathes the rolls with the tempura.
  7. In a pot of boiling oil, fry the rolls covered with the tempura
  8. Serve and enjoy with the sauce
  9. Ready, you can enjoy with your family a delicious dish and easy to make at home.
