  • 5 gluten-free Maria cookies
  • 100g raisins
  • 100g plums
  • 180g walnuts
  • 50g Candied Cherries
  • 50g Boneless Green Olives
  • 1 cup Vegetable bottom (carrot, pepper, celery, pearl onion)
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Place the butter in a frying pan and sauté the mushrooms with salt and pepper, add the julienne-cut chard and sauté it all together.
  3. With the help of a roller flatten the puff pastry dough.
  4. Untas cream cheese in puff pastry dough, ricotta cheese in pieces, and chard with mushrooms, close the roll.
  5. Place the puff pastry roll in the oven at 180 degrees 25 to 30 min.
For the Christmas sauce
  1. Sauté in a pot with a jet of oil the Ham, Vegetable Protein Mix and fried 5 cereals, onion and pepper finely chopped for 5 min.
  2. Place the Maria cookies gluten-free along with 1 cup of the vegetable bottom in the blender and blend for 30 sec.
  3. Add the mixture to the protein sautéing.
  4. Add plums, raisins, cherries and cherry juice.
  5. Let the sauce boil until reduced and thickened, while still rocking.
  6. Add salt if necessary.
  7. Serve along with the roll and enjoy.
