Ingredients:
- 1 pack of ready puff pastry
- 6 chard leaves
- Cream cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Cut mushrooms
- 20g butter
- Salt and pepper
Christmas sauce
- 1 pack of frying
- 1 pack ham
- 1 pack of chicharrón
- 5 gluten-free Maria cookies
- 100g raisins
- 100g plums
- 180g walnuts
- 50g Candied Cherries
- 50g Boneless Green Olives
- 1 cup Vegetable bottom (carrot, pepper, celery, pearl onion)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cook in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place the butter in a frying pan and sauté the mushrooms with salt and pepper, add the julienne-cut chard and sauté it all together.
- With the help of a roller flatten the puff pastry dough.
- Untas cream cheese in puff pastry dough, ricotta cheese in pieces, and chard with mushrooms, close the roll.
- Place the puff pastry roll in the oven at 180 degrees 25 to 30 min.
- Sauté in a pot with a jet of oil the Ham, Vegetable Protein Mix and fried 5 cereals, onion and pepper finely chopped for 5 min.
- Place the Maria cookies gluten-free along with 1 cup of the vegetable bottom in the blender and blend for 30 sec.
- Add the mixture to the protein sautéing.
- Add plums, raisins, cherries and cherry juice.
- Let the sauce boil until reduced and thickened, while still rocking.
- Add salt if necessary.
- Serve along with the roll and enjoy.
