Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of frying
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Garlic head
- 1 White onion, cut into pieces
- 1 Small paiteña onion or a shallote, cut into pieces
- Orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Fried ripe bananas
- 8 Chola potatoes
- Cooked mote
- Onion and tomato tanning
- Avocado
- Cooked choclo
- Toasted
Preparation:
- Cook the washed potatoes peeled and cut into halves in a pot of boiling water with salt for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place a splash of oil on the satin, sauté the garlic and onion, add the fried add salt, pepper and cumin and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and sauté them in the same satin that is endowed with the frying, until this crisps place parsley.
