  • 1 Pack of Milanese 5 Cereals
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 slices wholemeal bread
  • 4 slices dutch cheese fine herbs
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • To accompany fresh vegetable salad (lettuce, cherry tomato, pickle, pearl onion)


  1. Open the Milanese 5 Cordon Green Cereals package, in a frying pan or iron, place a jet of oil and brown the Milanese side and side for 5 minutes.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms with butter and oregano in a frying pan.
  3. On a layer of wholemeal bread, place 1 slice of fine Dutch cheese, Milanese 5 Cordon Green Cereals, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and mushrooms.
