- 1 Pack of Milanese 5 Cereals
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 6 slices wholemeal bread
- 4 slices dutch cheese fine herbs
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 sliced tomato
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- To accompany fresh vegetable salad (lettuce, cherry tomato, pickle, pearl onion)
- Open the Milanese 5 Cordon Green Cereals package, in a frying pan or iron, place a jet of oil and brown the Milanese side and side for 5 minutes.
