Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Soy Burger with Lentil
  • 1 Pack of Cordon Green Chicharrón Protein Mix
  • 4 units hamburger bread
  • 4 slices chédar cheese
  • 4 paiteña onion rings
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • To accompany fries

For the dressing

  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy or mayonnaise
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 small diced minced pearl onion
  • 1/2 garlic cion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Open the Package of Lentil Cordon Green, in a frying pan or iron place a jet of oil and brown the burgers side and side for 5 minutes.
