Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Quinoa and Amaranth Medallion
  • 4 units hamburger bread
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 paiteña onion, julienneed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 4 leaves of Roman lettuce
  • To accompany potato chips

For the 4-cheese sauce

  • 1/4 ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 Cordon Green Spicy Vegan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk
  • pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Open the Quinoa Medallion and Amaranto Cordon Green package, in a frying pan or iron place a jet of oil and brown the Medallions side and side for 5 minutes.
