Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Fried 5 Cereals
- 1/4 cup sesame
- 1 cup salt-cooked quinoa
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 bleached asparagus
- 1/4 cup boneless olives
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes split in half
- 1/2 cup yellow choclo
- 1/4 cup canned mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Fine Vegan Cheese
- Herbs
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Open the Fried 5 Cereals pack, in a frying pan or iron place a jet of oil and dora the Fried 5
- Cereals add the ajonjolí and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Chop the avocado into half moons, make it with lemon and salt.
- Dice Vegan Cheese Fine Herbs
- In a bowl assemble all the ingredients to your liking.
