Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Fried 5 Cereals
  • 1/4 cup sesame
  • 1 cup salt-cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 5 bleached asparagus
  • 1/4 cup boneless olives
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes split in half
  • 1/2 cup yellow choclo
  • 1/4 cup canned mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Fine Vegan Cheese
  • Herbs
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Open the Fried 5 Cereals pack, in a frying pan or iron place a jet of oil and dora the Fried 5
  2. Cereals add the ajonjolí and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop the avocado into half moons, make it with lemon and salt.
  4. Dice Vegan Cheese Fine Herbs
  5. In a bowl assemble all the ingredients to your liking.
